No matter how long you teach kindergarten you are NEVER prepared for the first week. You forget how many things you have to teach them...to sit in a chair, stand in line, raise their hand AND wait to be called on, come to line when the recess bell rings, etc. You also forget how many questions a five year old can ask in a seven hour day. Whew, I'm off to bed. It's been a long week.
