My brother-in-law Chris is on an award winning Bar-B-Que team, 'Woody's Sweet Meats'. This weekend they had the honor of preparing the meat for a KSU Players Dinner. It was quite an operation. They prepared for days and had to draft a few extra members to pull off such a huge undertaking! They made pulled pork, brisket, and over 1,500 chicken wings. The chicken wings were gone in just over 20 minutes. The players and coaches were ooooing and ahhing over the food. Marcus and Gavin were at the Back to School basketball camp over the weekend so we hung with the bar-b-quer's before and after camp each day. Coach Prince was gracious enough to let the kids interact with the players and invited us into the team meeting for introductions. It was a weekend that this DIE HARD fan will never forget!!
