We traveled to Chapman this afternoon to watch Mark's 8th grade football team. Driving though town the damage from the tornado is still very apparent. This is a picture of the lights at the football stadium.
This is a shot of one of the many groups of mobile units they are using for classrooms. After spending some time in Chapman in the days after the tornado, I am amazed that they were able to start school on time. So much progress has been made since June 11th, yet there is still sooo much to do.
Coach Willey times 3. Mark is the head 8th grade football coach, assisted by his brother, Michael and his dad, Dan.
The fourth Willey is Marcus, a.k.a. 'Water Boy'.
Abilene won the game with a final score of 14-0.

So, I am looking at the orange uniforms trying to see my brother, and then I realized....yeah, he is wearing green these days!! Oh my! What has the world come to?? hahaha! :-) Sounds like it went well for Mark!
