Last night Brandi, Deb and I made a road trip to Chapman to see what was going on with the Extreme Makeover house. When we got there they had just finished filming for the day. We watched the family drive off in the limo...headed for their vaca in the Bahamas!! We saw them dig a few holes and survey the site. Looking at the empty lot it is soooo hard to visualize what it will look like in just seven days. The highlight of the evening was watching a lady from KAKE News do 28 (give or take a few) takes of her story. Poor thing...kept messing up..."I'll start again, in 3-2-1". I'm not sure she ever got through the whole thing. We will be making a few more road trips in the coming days to view the progress.
