Our first attempt at beer can chicken. Mom, you would be proud. I actually 'touched' the chicken....injected it with Creole Butter Marinade, rubbed it with Cajun Chicken Rub, and plopped it on the can!! Very tasty. "Suitable for guests", as my dad would say.

Wow...can't wait to tell Chris. He will be so proud. (But just so you know, he wears gloves most of the time)
